SELECTION AND REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS
When making your selection, please keep in mind that each barrette and brooch is hand crafted. This means that even when the barrette or brooch can be duplicated that there can be slight variation in the coloration and placement of the pieces used in a replacement item. In cases when a barrette or brooch cannot be exactly duplicated, similar pieces may be used to redesign and hand craft a new barrette or brooch.

Due to the variances in computers and monitors the colors you see may not be the actual color/shade of the item you receive. Please read the descriptions and the information provided about the materials used in making the barrettes and brooches carefully. We are not responsible for color variations between what you see on your monitor and the actual color of an item.

Please make your selections carefully as you would with any fine jewelry. If there is not enough information with an item, please email us with your questions before placing an order.

CARE OF YOUR BARRETTE OR BROOCH
The barrette or brooch that you have chosen has been hand crafted using quality materials that are durable and strong. Your barrette or brooch should be handled as any fine jewelry piece. Please avoid placing your jewelry in clothing pockets where they may end up going through the wash and dry cycles with your clothing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No items may be returned without contacting Glory Designs in advance. An item may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 21 days of the ship date. If you find a return is necessary, please email us to let us know of your concerns and when you will be sending the item back to us. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied with the packing slip. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If a returned item is not defective and is as described, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Items selected for an exchange will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $5.00.


REPAIRS AND SUBSTITUTION OF JEWELERY COMPONENTS
It is extremely unusual for a barrette or brooch to require repair. However there has been an infrequent need to substitute a pin back for the magnetic back on brooches (magnetic backs cannot be used if you require a heart pacemaker). Should a repair need to be made, please email us first with your concerns so it can be determined If the repair can be done. Repairs or substitutions will be considered up to six months of purchase. Charges will be determined based on the needed repair or substitution.
